Do you offer payment plans?
Yes absolutely! First I charge 25% for deposit - this secures time in my calendar and covers the last payment. Following from there, payments are made per milestone after completion of each project phase. There are typically 4-5 phases.
What is the purpose of the discovery phase - why can't we jump straight into the design?
Design is most effective when it aligns closely with your story and goals.But first, we need to uncover what that is, define the gaps and identify how we can stand out within your niche, build something that's authentic to you. My goal for our work together is not only build a tool that looks good and works well - but for you to walk away from the engagement feeling like you have an anchor for the way you communicate your business to your customers.
Do you offer ongoing support after the website is published?
Most people feel confident to manage the updates themselves.
But of course, if you need me for any design tasks or to manage the site going forward - I'm the girl.
Will it easy to manage the website myself / within the team?
Yes, once the project is live we will meet on Zoom for a 1-hour training session where you will have the chnace to test all the editing features. The training will be recorded and after that, you're good to go! Most people find it intuitive to update the website themselves.
